Friday:
6-7p MMA Based BJJ
7p Open Gym (rolling/sparring)
Saturday:
11a-12p Fighter Training (For Fighters Only)
12p Gi BJJ
Sunday:
11-12:30p Kickboxing / Muay Thai / MMA Sparring
Triumph Combat Run Group:
11-12p Rotating Wednesdays and Saturdays.

What Does Each Class Teach?
Each class is for students of all skill and fitness levels who are looking to improve.
All Boxing, Kickboxing/Muay Thai, BJJ, and MMA classes are focused on teaching and sharpening technique while getting a great workout.
Fundamentals classes are a great entry point for new students or a chance for experienced practitioners to get some extra basics practice in.
Open Gym is an opportunity where no classes are occurring but the gym is open for members to use the equipment on their own or with other members.
Combat Conditioning is a fitness class geared to get you in fight ready shape.
Sparring is an opportunity to improve technique in a controlled, faster paced, realistic environment.
